An experienced engineering professional with a diverse work history in technology and health services that includes engineering design, database analysis, successful on-site delivery of software products and support services, managing a client load of over 20 health care patients, and coordinating a care plan in conjunction with other mental health professionals.
A performance oriented individual, Clint has been recognized by his superiors and peers for his outstanding work on large scale projects and non-traditional job assignments. He has sought out opportunities for professional growth in areas outside of his formal education to excel in the software and web development community and has been involved in projects that have challenged others around him.
Currently, (2012 - To Date) Clint is engaged with the I-405/Sepulveda Widening project in Los Angeles, CA for HNTB and Kiewit Construction. His primary responsibilities include, lead modeler and directing plan production staff for the as-built deliverables to third-party clients including Los Angeles County, Verizon, CALTRANS, and the GSA. Additional work tasks include, cataloguing and tracking survey data for as-built utilities throughout the entire scope of the project.
Previously, Clint has maintained operations at the first of it's kind website retail store, Technopole Website Services, (2011) operating as store manager and business development manager. He served the store in scheduling staff, managing client relations, task development, sales leader and project pursuits. Clint is also part stake-holder in the company's expansion into the retail sector as a financial partner. As part of his work, he has expanded his Programing and web development languages to include Adobe Flash with Action Scripts 1-3, HTML design, and use of open source products including Joomla, Website Tonight, and Wordpress.
Recently, a contract field engineer performing services for Foundation, Testing and Consulting, (2011) he has taken on the work of testing High Strain Pile Driving, Cross-Hole Sonic Logging and SPT Hammer Calibration in the field with such construction companies as Kiewit Construction, Clarkson Construction, and Turner Construction. He has provided a professional level of service for projects including the Missouri Safe and Sound Bridge Improvement Program and the Kansas Turnpike Authority I-70 corridor.
As an Engineer II at HNTB, (2007-2010) Clint assisted in the design and development of Digital Training Ranges for the United States Army providing design calculations and plan production. After recognition by his superiors for outstanding achievement in problem solving and computer design, he was recruited to join a start-up software development team addressing the United States Army’s training capabilities under the Base Realignment and Closure program. Clint provided valuable data analysis and innovative solutions to unorthodox problems presented to him garnering additional recognition by his superiors and professional promotion.
As a Community Support Worker for Truman Medical Center – Behavioral Health, (2002-2007) Clint provided high quality service to a community of mental health patients that struggled to have their basic needs met daily. He approached the needs of the clients with compassion and acceptance in achieving their personal treatment outcomes. Additionally, Clint participated in a pilot project to transition to digital medical records while working with his peers to identify shortfalls and bugs in tracking patient treatment objectives and documentation with the new computer system.
Clint holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Missouri State University and a second Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He received certification as an Engineer In Training with the Missouri Board of Professional Engineers in 2008.
